At The Keystone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion finds aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
