The Rolex Daytona reference 6264 was only produced for one year as a transitional reference between the 6241 and 6263, makiing it one of the rarest Daytona references. To add to that rarity, this example features a beautiful, black Paul Newman dial. Living with the original owner and his family until 2021, this Paul Newman Daytona 6264 is about as nice as they come in honest, original condition. A phenomenal thick case with sharp edges and clean dial with all in tact lume plots are a testimony to how well kept this watch has been since its birth in the late 1960s. This is truly a collectors example of a rare Paul Newman reference.
