This Rolex Submariner, Ref. 1665 is a gorgeous example of this reference with wonderfully aged dial with yellow lume and an excellent thick case. This watch is also particularly special because this beautiful, clean dial is a Rail Dial, which is most noticeable by the fact that the Cs in Chronometer and Certified line up. A few other characteristics that validate this watch as being a true Rail Dial 1665 is that the watch has a 5.78m serial (within the range of Rail dials), a T Swiss T <25 marking (the only Sea-Dweller dials that should have this marking), italic text for the unit of depth rating and the longer minute markers. This is truly a fantastic example that will be cherished by its future owner.
